Soffit Cutting Jig. Cutting aluminum soffit, cutting soffit, soffit with standard plywood blade. I've started working on my new table saw and have reached the point where i need to make accurate trunnions, and i figure the best way to do that is with the router and a circle cutting jig. About 1% of these are fishing lures, 0% are fishing rods.
I've had no problem cutting the trim pieces with tin snips to do what i want but now its time to cut my soffits.

I'm installing new aluminum fascia, soffits, j trim, and l trim onto my garage. I'm acutally making a 24 long guide here, as i use other tools to cut longer staight lines, but i wanted to illustrate the process here. Suitable for all fascia and soffit up 300mm wide. I have a basic idea but am hoping to shortcut it quickly by asking for help. First of all, i want to point out that the jig i designed is not an original idea.
