Dayco Vs Gates Hoses. Gates & dayco are the same part with different numbers. It lists dayco or gates parts for the lower and dayco, gates, or acdelco for the upper hose. Are the dayco timing belts as good as the gates timing belts ?
Fwiw, dayco makes 99% all of the oem ford belts and pulleys, been to the factory and seen it myself, very cool facility.

Anyone have an opinion on which are better or if it even matters?
